Year End Completion and 2012 Planning Step 1 of your year end planning should be to have everyone in your company complete an online survey to get an idea of how they perceive the company's performance in 2011 and ideas about goals to focus on in 2012. We suggest having 4-6 questions (we can help you put them together) and can add other identifiers such as department, length of service, etc.
